Community Development (CD) Our CD program serves local and regional business associations and community development corporations. We work closely with agencies to accomodate all budgets. Four interrelated resources are offered:
Demographic Research (DR) selects census data on population, retail trade, services and manufacturing to identify trends and issues.
Field Research (FR) produces two sources of primary data.
- Land use and building condition surveys to describe individual buildings and overall market conditions.
- Public opinion survey analysis for use in planning and design workshops.
Organization Development (OD) reviews communication climate to define information management and data sharing practices bringing unique software solutions to growing community development corporations serving vulnerable families and communities.
